Accessories of sashiko el drac

Sashiko is a very practical and decorative traditional Japanese embroidery, whose motifs are based on straight and curved lines, and which has been done since ancient times. This book highlights the beauty of the embroidered forms and the exquisite combination of colored threads. It contains 27 projects of practical accessories explained step by step with their patterns. Current designs are shown in which the traditional sashiko motifs are still reproduced, but also have been innovated by creating very original and creative work with colored threads and fabrics of different shades, with which a very elegant and surprising result is achieved. The regular drawings shown in this work have many tracings and are the hallmark of sashiko embroidery. Its realization is simple, but with it very striking results are obtained to decorate bags, purses, toiletry bags, pincushions, brooches, tablecloths... 80 pages.
